I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of California, Davis.

My research uses game theory, machine learning and text analysis to study U.S. political institutions.

Before pursuing a Ph.D. in political science at University of California, Berkeley, I earned an M.P.A. from the Columbia University and a B.A. in politics and economics from Brandeis University. I have also worked in the corporate practice at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, and interned at the U.S. Embassy in Norway.
